This anthotype-inspired image was created by coating fine watercolor paper with a mixture of turmeric and alcohol, producing a rich natural yellow pigment that reacts beautifully to sunlight. The paper was exposed outdoors for approximately four hours, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., allowing the sun to slowly bleach and shape the image. After exposure, the piece was refined digitally in GIMP to enhance contrast, linework, and texture while preserving the handmade quality of the original print. Final touches were then digitally painted on an iPad, blending traditional anthotype techniques with modern digital art tools to create a soft, etched, storybook-style rendering of the building.
